Deluxe Accommodations to Ease Your Dog's Anxiety

Of course, every boarding or daycare option at Gambrills Veterinary Center is humane and stress-free, but we also have optional upgrades in which dogs get larger suites, daily brushings, individual play sessions, special diets, and extra treats.

Boarding and Doggie Daycare Vaccination Requirements

For your pet's safety, we require all pets to be vaccinated prior to boarding admittance.

The requirements for dogs are as follows:



• Rabies
• Distemper
• Bordetella
• Canine Influenza 
• Negative Intestinal Parasite exam 
• Negative Heartworm test (if over one year of age).

Dog Boarding

All boarders at our facility are granted access to the following amenities:



• Spacious indoor runs (4' x 6')
  
• Fully air-conditioned and heated boarding area
  
• Purina Premium Diets
  
• Attentive staff
  
• Clean cages and runs
  
• Piped in music
  
• Three walks per day
  
• Owner visits / tour of facility available (Not available at this time due to Covid-19)

We can feed your pet's regular diet if you bring each meal individually bagged for each day. Otherwise, we provide a high-quality food that is tailored to help prevent any digestive upsets. You may bring treats but we do not accept rawhides and pig ears as they are a choking hazard.

Please bring medications in original containers.

Gambrills Veterinary Center is one of Anne Arundel County’s premiere pet facilities. GVC offers boarding for dogs, cats and exotics. Because we are also an animal hospital, we are able to offer a higher level of care for your pet. If your pet is aging or in need of special care or medications, we can accommodate your pet’s special needs.
