Jennifer Szymanski, Office Manager

Jennifer graduated from Appalachian State University in 2000, majoring in Business Management. She has always loved animals and the outdoors. She spends her free time with her children and pets. They enjoy kayaking and hiking with their 4 dogs. She also occasionally does rescue, volunteer, and service work. Mrs. Szymanski enjoys being surrounded by animals and is a true nurturer and caregiver at heart!

Veterinary Technicians

Lilia D., Technician

Lilia is currently attending Penn Foster College  where she will earn her degree as a certified technician. Previously a pet sitter, Lilia earned the confidence she needed to work in doggie daycare. A year later, her passion for animals earned her a promotion to  technician! After caring for pets at work, Lilia comes home to care for her four rats and two dogs. She loves cooking, baking, and playing video games in her free time.

Zemira O., Technician

Zemira is majoring in Biology at University of Maryland College Park. When she graduates in 2025, Zemira will begin Veterinary School. Growing up, Zemira’s passion for pets began when this animal hospital was created when she was just 3 years old. After learning how to walk, learning to care for animals came naturally as she spent so much time watching her father. Zemira has a bearded dragon named Zuko. She loves playing field hockey and video games when she gets the chance.

Customer Service Representatives

Karri H., Receptionist

Karri has been working as a veterinary receptionist for 8 years. As a pet lover, Karri knew that her future after high school would revolve around animals. She has a dog named Ayla, and two cats named Ziggy and Whiskey. In her free time, Karri loves hiking and camping with her dog.

Naomi V., Receptionist+

Naomi has been a part of our team since 2022, but her career in the pet care industry began long before that. She has worked as a manager for a kennel, a veterinary receptionist, and a pharmacist for over 8 years. After a day at work, Naomi comes home to her 10 year old son and her 2 dogs, Leroy and Buddy. When she is not working, Naomi loves to do hair and make up.

Pet Care Providers

Gavin W., Lead Kennel

Gavin has always been passionate about animals. He has been working with us for over a year and has years of experience in kennels. His love of pets started with his Pitbull Bella and his cat Annie. When he is not working in the kennel, Gavin is also learning how to train dogs. Studying at the Animal Behavior College, Gavin will soon be a licensed obedience trainer and is excited to train your dogs in the coming years!

Bailey N., Kennel

Our newest team member Bailey boasts three years of kennel experience. With a Cane Corso named Rose and a playful cat named Fredo by his side, Bailey's love for animals shines through. Beyond work, he enjoys bonding with his pets and immersing himself in music festivals and live events. Rest assured, Bailey brings both expertise and passion to every interaction, making him a valuable addition to our family.
